Hello! I’m Ali! I’m the owner and creator of Sage Hill Properties. I have been managing rental properties and Airbnb’s for ten years, on top of owning and operating a cleaning business for 16 years. I love what I do, and love the people that I meet through this line of work. I originally started in Northern Utah, but recently moved to beautiful St. George with my husband and our 3 cute boys. When we’re not working, you can find us on either our horses, dirt bikes, or snowboards. I love that you’re here taking the time to support us and what we do!

Hey! I’m Kort. I’m the co-owner and maintenance tech for all of our properties. I spent years working blue collar jobs, which gave me the experience needed to get to what we’re doing now. St. George has been home to me since I played ball for Dixie State, and I’m stoked to have finally made it back with my family in tow!

Janell is our amazing assistant! She has been with us for 8 years and helps run the show. From staging and decorating, to keeping our units sparkling clean. She also assists in account management, she does it all! She is a mom to the cutest little girl, and always puts a smile on our faces!
