Sage Hill Properties offers property management services using Airbnb. We sign the lease, and pay the monthly rent. We then furnish the home with nice, modern furniture, and comfortable beds and linens to ensure a comfortable stay for guests. We maintain the home, inside and out, and complete small repairs as they arise.
Sage Hill Properties's screening process is based off Airbnbs process. We don't allow guests with fewer than four stars. They must have excellent reviews, and cannot be new to Airbnb.
Airbnbs screening process primarily involves verifying a guest's identity through a photo ID, reviewing their profile information, checking past reviews from other hosts, and in some cases, conducting a limited background check based on their name and date of birth, primarily focusing on criminal records in certain regions like the US.
As your property manager, we will handle routine maintenance and minor repairs through our network of trusted professionals. As it goes with any normal rental, significant structural repairs or major replacements will be the responsibility of the homeowner, so long as it is not damage caused by guests. In the unlikely event of that happening, we have a due process that first holds the guest accountable, then Airbnb, and if needed, our business insurance covers the rest.
